Refund / Return & Cancellation Policy

No Question Ask Return Policy, We know returns happen.

In order to ensure customer satisfaction, VMS comes first. Customers can return a product the same day if they’re not happy with it. After delivery, you can also exchange or return the item by sending it to as, or by coming right to our branch directly. The cost of the courier will be applied during return.

The item must not have been used or damaged and be returned within 7 days of purchase to be eligible for a return & refund. The products are not eligible for exchange or return after seven days.
